Simply attach one end of the Yoyos to the ceiling, and the other end to your reflector. Now you can raise & lower your light simply by grabbing it and pulling it up or down - it will stay wherever you let go! Each unit is capable of supporting 12 pounds for a total of 24 pounds (compared to only 22 pounds on the Sun Lift and Sun Rise) for the system (system comes with 2 Yoyos). No more ladders or steps are required to adjust your lighting systems. Easily raise your lights when you're working in the room and just pull them down when you leave.
